When will my pre-order ship?
Pre-order items are scheduled to ship on or around the official release date listed on the product page. Please note that if your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire shipment will be held until all items are available.
What is your return policy for vinyl and CDs?
We accept returns on unopened and defective merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Due to the collectible nature of limited edition vinyl, we cannot accept returns on items where the shrink wrap has been removed unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please be aware that international customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes imposed by their country.
How do you ensure vinyl records aren't damaged during shipping?
We use heavy-duty, reinforced record mailers specifically designed to prevent corner dings and ring wear. For high-value or fragile shipments, we utilize additional padding to ensure your music arrives in mint condition.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders move quickly through our fulfillment center. If you need to make a change, please contact our support team within 2 hours of placement. Once a tracking number has been generated, we are unable to cancel or modify the order.
